Kelly Schmidt

Owner and President

Kelly specializes in alternative project delivery within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. Her professional experience in the AEC industry spans decades and includes holding roles on prime contractor, owner’s representative, and consultant teams supporting her ability to unify project goals and align strategic vision among owners, contractors, and engineers. Kelly excels at inspiring creative solutions from a blank canvas and overcoming challenges in partnership with her clients and peers to successfully deliver transportation projects. Throughout her career, Kelly has successfully led and contributed to winning pursuits ranging from the tens of millions to hundreds of millions. In 2023, Kelly led the development and delivery of the Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT's) awarded $450 million Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods (RCN) grant for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project in Portland, Oregon. ODOT’s RCN grant award is the largest in ODOT’s history and in the USDOT’s Fiscal Year 2023 RCN program.
